Oh, Naveen...

So it's going around that the new mini-series of "The Ten Commandments" is perhaps not as reverential as the old Charlton Heston & Yul Brenner version.
Everyone knows my own reverence for Naveen Andrews--but today he tore out a little piece of my heart on The View.
He was going on about how Moses is kind of a nutjob and that any fanatical religious dogma should be questioned. Fine, I can handle saying that doctrine should be questioned--it should!
Star Jones (oh and who doesn't love Star?) said that it's not like they were the "Ten Suggestions" and everyone laughed. But then my dear Naveen said: "Well, they should be questioned because it's not like they were written in stone."
Um, but that's kind of the point, isn't it?
